To ensure the safety of our guests, we ask for your cooperation in temperature and disinfection during your visit.
We regret that guests who have a fever, are not feeling well, or have had recent contact (within the past two weeks) with a person who has contracted the new coronavirus are asked to refrain from visiting the museum.
We ask that you wear masks when visiting the hotel and in public areas. (*In accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, from March 13, 2023, the wearing of masks inside the hotel will be at the discretion of the guests.)
Please keep your distance when waiting in front of the front desk or when riding the elevator. We appreciate your cooperation in social distance.
We recommend the use of credit cards or cashless services instead of cash at checkout. We also recommend that you use a cash holder or cash tray to deposit and return your money.

Overnight stay Cleaning for consecutive nights
In view of the risk of contact infection, cleaning staff will only enter the room on consecutive nights if requested to do so by the guest.
